Return, Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy:
Request for exchanges and refunds on all American Gaming Supply products ordered online will be considered only
within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. Please notify us of your intention to return/exchange by calling us at 213-228-2447 or sending us an email at
sales@americangamingsupply.com.
NO RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR REFUND without prior authorization from our office.
Receiving Merchandise by Freight Truck Company
For large-item orders that need to ship via freight truck, you will be receiving an email from us on instructions on how to receive your order and what is required on your end

Damages and Defects
IMPORTANT: Customer MUST immediately inspect the product(s) received upon arrival. This is for your own benefit to ensure that the received item(s) are in good working condition and without issues. Any visible damage to the packaging would warrant further inspection of the item ordered within the package. If item within has visible damage then item must not be accepted, and outright refused by the customer.
If received damaged and or defective or missing parts, please take the necessary photo(s) and or video(s) that depicts the issue at hand and email them to
sales@americangamingsupply.com.
We cannot honor late requests for returns as this is required by manufacturers and suppliers for them to do their claims within the provided timeframe.
Free Shipping is only applicable to all gaming tables, some poker table tops and the poker table chairs.
- Free shipping applies ONLY to within the contiguous 48 US states.
Hawaii and Alaska and other US Territory customers need to email or call us for quote.
- Poker Chips that have been already been opened (taken out of sleeves) cannot be returned as these cannot be resold.
- We also cannot accept opened Copag, KEM or any other playing cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
- Custom Poker Chips, Custom Playing Cards and Custom table layouts of any kind cannot be returned or refunded, due to the nature of personalization; there is no exception to this rule.
- All shipping charges and freight charges for all returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any expedited shipping order are only for items that are readily available to ship, and will always take priority in shipping out. This will either ship same day or next business day at the latest.
- Anything returned from buyer's remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee can not be waived.
- If a product is returned from buyer’s remorse, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- All return shipping and freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your order has missing items or has damages then we will ONLY send out your replacement product whichever shipping method you chose at the time of delivery. If customer wishes to receive the order faster then can pay extra for expedited shipping.
- Order cancellations can be done if item has not been processed or shipped. If item has already shipped or processed already then restocking and shipping charges including original cost and cost to ship back along with intercepting cost will have to be absorbed by the customer.
Poker Chip Color Matching Policy
We can not guarantee color matching of our poker chips from different manufacturing runs. If you buy one color of a certain denomination, the shade of that color and or thickness may slightly differ from sale to sale. We can not match previous purchases, so please expect that there may be a difference in the shade of color and thickness of your chip.
Example of this is some PURPLE chips that may sometimes appear as black or dark blue chips. We will not be able to search through our poker chips inventory to try to match a shade preference.
Shipping To Canada And International Orders
- Customer is responsible for all duty and tax charges.
- All international orders need to be paid via bank transfer or wire unless your address is confirmed with PayPal.
Table Padding Foam and Gaming Table Felt Orders
- Unless you ordered a full roll of table foam or our velveteen felt or armrest vinyl cover, no returns are accepted if the felt or foam has been cut according to your order as we will not be able to re-sell this.
- Felt or vinyl orders of 3 yards or below with no other felt and/or vinyl with it in the order will be shipped folded. You can opt for it to be rolled but will cost more for shipping.
Customized Orders
- Digital proof provided is a computerized representation. Actual product may slightly vary in clarity, color and quality. If you wish to have the proof revised, please reply to our email with your comments/instructions ONLY.
- Revisions to be made will be based on these instructions and we need to have your instructions documented. Any major revisions after one request for a revision to the original proof will be subject to additional art design charge and will extend the lead time for production.
- By confirming the sent proof you hereby approve this project is free of mistakes and errors and authorization to begin production on this project in a timely and professional manner.
- As with all custom orders, the order once approved is not refundable due to the nature of personalization.
