TO ORDER :
Here are the basic steps we ask you to follow to facilitate the ordering process:
1) Send us an e-mail describing in as much detail as possible, your design, quantities needed, the REAL date (do not hedge) you need your playing cards and what you need from us to assist you with your process.
2) Based upon your needs, we may send you templates to use for your layouts or we may ask you to send your art files to us and we will lay it out for you. We will provide you with the most economical quote based upon your communicated needs.
3) Once your artwork is completed we provide you e-proofs until you approve your artwork. Once approved, only then will we proceed with your entire order.
4) It is our policy to assure you that you receive a playing card product that is based upon the proof you approve. We cannot be depended upon to proof your artwork. This is entirely your responsibility, so we urge you to always proof your artwork thoroughly. We cannot stress this enough to you. We want you to be totally happy and you must take full responsibility for this aspect of your order. Any changes made after your initial proof is approved are subject to a film plate charge of $75.00 on all orders of 500 decks or less, and $300.00 on orders of 500 or more.
